Construction project management is the coordination of all activities required to complete a construction project. This includes scheduling, subcontractor coordination, permits, inspections, budgeting, and communication between all parties involved. The goal is to ensure the project moves from planning to completion efficiently and safely.

Do you do any construction work in-house, or do you only hire subcontractors?

We do both. We have an experienced in-house construction team that works on our commercial projects. We also partner with local craftsmen and specialty trades to complete projects. Any subcontractor we bring it, we manage.

Do you handle permitting and inspections?

Yes. Our team coordinates required permits and inspections throughout the project to ensure work meets local building codes and regulatory requirements.

Yes. Many commercial clients come to us with plans already developed by architects or design firms. In these situations, our role is to manage the construction process and coordinate the trades required to complete the project. Because we also have an in-house commercial design team, we’re also able to offer feedback and feasibility review of a design, if desired.

In some cases, yes. We phase our commercial renovations to allow portions of the space to remain operational. We work with business owners to determine how construction can proceed safely while minimizing disruption. However, new tenant build-outs, new build, or major interior demos typically need to be completed before a business can be safely operational. We coordinate with your team on timelines to minimize disruption.
