With 28 years of experience in commercial and residential remodeling, Lee brings deep expertise and a meticulous eye for detail to every project. As Vice President of Commercial at Titus Contracting, he leads comprehensive renovation solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.
Lee is known for his hands-on leadership and unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship. He builds lasting client relationships by delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. His understanding of both the technical and aesthetic sides of remodeling ensures excellence from initial consultation through final walkthrough.
When he’s not transforming spaces, Lee enjoys fishing, boating, and spending quality time with his family.
Suzanne Rajavuori has been part of Titus Contracting since its founding in 2008, when the company began as a three-person team. Today, Titus has grown into one of Minnesota’s leading residential and commercial design-build firms. Suzanne considers the Titus team an extension of family and feels deeply grateful to serve alongside them.
She oversees human resources, compliance, financial management, and accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the business operates with integrity and stability.
Outside the office, Suzanne enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and chasing after her grandchildren. She loves wintering down south with her toes in the sand. Her quieter moments are spent reading, gardening, baking, cooking, walking and paddling on any body of water.
Todd Christopherson brings steady leadership and technical expertise to Titus Contracting. A licensed Professional Engineer with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, he has delivered commercial renovation and construction projects across the country.
At Titus, Todd supports both clients and project teams throughout design and construction. He prioritizes thoughtful problem-solving, clear communication, and collaboration, often working behind the scenes to navigate challenges and strengthen project outcomes. Clients value his calm demeanor and commitment to solutions that serve both the project and the people involved.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys traveling with Mai Ying and spending time with his grandchildren. Exploring art, architecture, nature, and history continues to shape his perspective on enduring design and craftsmanship.
As Construction Manager, Tracy supports active projects and the production team to ensure every build meets Titus Contracting’s high standards. From troubleshooting on-site challenges to refining behind-the-scenes processes, he focuses on keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently.
Tracy’s approach is rooted in practical problem-solving and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Outside of work, his world revolves around family, food, and the garden. He enjoys watching his son grow, tending his vegetable garden, and putting his grills and smoker to good use. If there isn’t something smoking in the backyard over the weekend, something probably isn’t right.
With more than 30 years of design experience, Steph brings a function-first philosophy to Titus Contracting. She believes that when a space truly works for the homeowner, the aesthetic naturally follows. Blending creative vision with a builder’s logic, she designs with both beauty and buildability in mind.
Steph is deeply involved throughout the process, meeting clients, drafting plans, developing designs, and writing detailed scopes that bring each project to life. She also supports the commercial division with drafting and material selections.
Outside of work, Steph stays active at the gym, on her bike, and on her motorcycle. She enjoys time with family and friends, tackling yard projects, and reading books focused on professional and personal growth.
As Logistics & IT Manager, Zee builds the systems and processes that keep Titus Contracting operating efficiently. His role spans IT support, warehouse oversight, permit coordination, and leading the company’s adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools.
A carpenter-turned-technologist, Zee has always enjoyed building, now with software as much as with lumber. He develops custom applications to streamline workflows and continually looks for ways to strengthen team efficiency.
Outside of work, Zee spends time with his wife and three young children and enjoys tinkering on his next project whenever he can.
Ben serves as a Carpenter at Titus Contracting. He is committed to continually refining his craftsmanship and expanding his knowledge of construction and remodeling. Ben takes pride in contributing to projects that reflect quality and care.
Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his wife and their two dogs. His faith is central to his life, and he enjoys gathering for games and sharing good food with family and friends.
As a Project Manager at Titus Contracting, Brian oversees projects from post-sale through final completion. He works closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure each project meets Titus’ high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Brian manages schedules, budgets, and day-to-day coordination, keeping every moving piece aligned for a smooth and successful build experience.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time outdoors. He’s always up for an adventure and especially enjoys firing up the smoker or gathering around a bonfire with family and friends.
With 13 years of carpentry experience and a background in job site supervision, Ethan brings craftsmanship, leadership, and pride in doing things the right way to every project. His passion for building began early and naturally developed into a career dedicated to quality construction.
As a Job Supervisor, Ethan applies those values daily, ensuring projects are executed with care and precision.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the Boundary Waters, playing video games, and trying new restaurants with his fiancée. He gravitates toward experiences that challenge and inspire him, both on and off the job site.
Jackson serves as Project Coordinator, supporting Project Managers with scheduling, subcontractor communication, bid review, and project documentation. He participates in meetings and assists with timeline management to help ensure projects remain organized and on track.
A graduate of North Dakota State University with a degree in Construction Management Engineering and a minor in Business Administration, Jackson is committed to continued growth and aims to step into a Project Manager role in the future.
Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, working out, playing pool with friends, and spending time with family.
Jen serves in Business Operations Support, working across multiple divisions within Titus Contracting. Her responsibilities include human resources, accounting, vendor management, and compliance, all with a focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

With more than 11 years of experience in new construction and remodeling, he has developed a strong appreciation for the craftsmanship, coordination, and teamwork that go into every successful project. In his day-to-day role, he focuses on supporting the team in the field, maintaining organization on the job site, and ensuring work is completed the right way from start to finish.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, traveling, and experiencing new places together. He’s also a proud dog owner and appreciates time outdoors whenever he can get it. Kyle serves as Warehouse Operations Coordinator at Titus Contracting. He manages material logistics and ensures client selections are delivered accurately and in excellent condition, supporting smooth transitions from design to installation.

Sarah brings a background in architectural drafting and design to her role as Interior Designer at Titus Contracting. She believes a home should be a client’s favorite place, one that reflects their story while balancing function and aesthetics.
Her work extends well beyond selecting finishes. Early in the process, Sarah joins site walks and develops construction drawings, ensuring design decisions are grounded in practicality and buildability.
Outside of work, Sarah spends time with her husband and children on their cattle farm, rides horses, attends concerts, and, when possible, heads west to ski.
Tommy serves as a Lead Carpenter at Titus Contracting, contributing to projects from start to finish with a strong focus on finish trim carpentry. He is involved throughout the build process and takes pride in bringing the final details together with precision and care.
Tommy is committed to ensuring projects run smoothly and that clients have a positive experience from the first day on site to the final walkthrough.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing softball in the summer, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and his dog.
Travis serves as a Project Manager at Titus Contracting. He oversees projects from early design through final completion, supporting estimating, scheduling, client communication, and trade partner coordination. Travis ensures field crews are set up for success and that projects progress smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, bowling, hiking, trail riding, and following his favorite teams, the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Twins. After traveling to five countries across Europe, Travis discovered a passion for exploring the world and looks forward to future adventures.

Even after many years in the field, the process of building and refining a space continues to inspire him.

Zach brings over a decade of carpentry experience, specializing in residential framing and remodeling. As a Job Supervisor, he oversees projects from start to finish, bringing a sharp eye for detail and pride in craftsmanship to every build.
