Special Project: The Hyatt Regency in Downtown Minneapolis

Titus Contracting is excited to announce that we are working on a special commercial remodeling project in downtown Minneapolis at the Hyatt Regency. As a matter of fact, this particular commercial remodeling project is actually a series of remodeling projects that will enhance and improve the hotel.

The Hyatt Regency is a hotel and convention center that features several well-known restaurants, plus it attracts several major events every year. It’s in the popular Nicollet Mall, and it features more than 600 contemporary guest rooms. Visitors can also enjoy delicious food from the Prairie Kitchen and Bar.

Titus Contracting will be working hand in hand with the hotel’s engineering team to make changes and renovations to the hotel. We are honored to be part of this commercial remodeling project. This is a big undertaking, and we are excited to see the end results of everyone’s hard work.

The Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis features breathtaking views of the city skyline and Loring Park. The hotel also features an indoor pool and a 32,000-square-foot gym. Scandinavian décor is highlighted by a huge lobby that features a large stone fireplace that is framed by rustic wooden logs. The hotel is ADA-compliant, and they are fully committed to meeting the needs of their disabled guests.
